Notable additions include a high-precision SO\u2082 dosing system, a nitrogen inerting system, a monho pump, and vinoducts that improve wine flow and handling during production. The acquisition of a 40-hl <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">foudre<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> also allows for more complex and extended ageing processes.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:true,&quot;134233118&quot;:true}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">In terms of energy efficiency and logistics, traditional lighting has been replaced with energy-saving LED systems equipped with motion sensors.
