The grapes for this wine come from the Regueirón plot. This fine vineyard of exceptional quality is located in Éntoma, Valdeorras.
Terraced vineyards with predominantly loamy clay and slate soils.
Located in the southern part of Valdeorras, the grapes ripen earlier but have a distinctive Atlantic character due to their good acidity.
Sustainable viticulture is practised in these vineyards.
The vines are harvested by hand in 15 kg boxes, and grape selection and fermentation takes place in small oak and concrete vats.
We use indigenous yeasts for fermentation.
