Our sparkling wines of Spanish origin are produced using the traditional method. The grapes used to make our Cavas include the native Xarel-lo variety. Roger Goulart Cavas bear the fruits of long ageing, a process that favours more interaction between the yeast and wine. This is the common denominator of the world's greatest sparkling wines.
