Wines Gran Reserva

Gran Reservas undergo a minimum maturation process of 5 years, including 24 months in oak barrels for red wines. Meanwhile, Gran Reserva rosé and white wines are matured for four years, including a minimum of six months in oak barrels. At CVNE, we make both Rioja and Cava Gran Reservas. These wines possess exceptional quality and remarkable complexity of flavours and notes.
