Users
Use of the web attributes the status as User of the Portal (hereinafter the ‘User’) and implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the provisions included in this Legal Notice – General Conditions of Use in the version published by CVNE at the time the User accesses the Portal. Consequently, the User must read this text carefully every time he/she intends to use the Portal, as it may undergo changes. The User undertakes to use the portal in accordance with ruling legislation and in any case in accordance with good faith, public order and good customs. CVNE reserves the right to refuse or withdraw access to its website and/or the services offered with no need for advance notice, of its own accord or at the request of a third party, by users who breach these General Conditions of Use.

The CVNE Portal provides access to a multitude of information, services, programmes or data on Internet belonging to CVNE or its licensors to which the User may have access.

CVNE is not responsible for the content, information and images that do not depend on the Portal and are not managed by CVNE and does not undertake any kind of liability deriving from improper use thereof by Users. The User will be responsible for submitting true and lawful information if he/she has to register on the Portal and in the event of receiving a password, the User undertakes to make diligent and confidential use thereof.

Exemption of liability for functioning of the WEBSITE

CVNE provides its services and contents on a continuous basis using all the technical means available to it in order to provide such services and contents in a satisfactory manner.

Visitor information
CVNE informs you about its Good Winery Practices program:

  • Remember that we are an agri-food company. Therefore, throughout the entire guided tour it is not allowed to manipulate or touch the product in any of the different phases of wine production.
  • Smoking or eating is not allowed on the winery facilities.
  • Visitors to the winery must always be accompanied by the person in charge of the visit. They should not be separated from the group at any time.
  • The winery has specific containers for each waste. Help us to keep our facilities as you have found them.
  • If you want to take a photograph or video during the visit, please notify the person in charge of the visit.
