From the 17th of March to the 17th of December 2022, CVNE will be hosting the art exhibition “Reviere of matter” by the Spanish artist Pablo Palazuelo (1915-2007). The selection of pieces will be exposed in one of the wine cellars, as well as in the gardens of the centenary winery in Haro.
The exhibition is organized with the collaboration of the Pablo Palazuelo Foundation and curated by Alfonso de la Torre. The sample includes a total of twelve large sculptures, made of corten steel and located in the gardens outside the winery; nineteen large-format paintings exposed inside one of the wine cellars; and a filmed interview with Pierre Dumayet and Pablo Palazuelo from the 1970’s.
Pablo Palazuelo is a Spanish multidisciplinary and internationally renowned abstract artista. His work are exhibited at museums such as the Carnegie Museum of Art, the Center Pompidou and the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum.
With this exhibition, CVNE recovers its commitment to art, a journey that started with the exhibition of Eduardo Chillida in 2014, followed by Cristina Iglesias in 2015 and Anthony Caro in 2016.
Merging art and wine offer a fascinating experience with the ability to enjoy great wines in a spectacular setting. This is why CVNE will continue to cultivate this type of initiatives with exhibitions of internationally renowned artists.
